Had solar installed on Tuesday 10-11-20 by Dylan and the team from Greenlink. Right from the start when Graham came and talked us through options and helped us understand placement of the panels to how to make the most of the system we have been impressed with Greenlink. From when the install team first got here and did a safety assessment, put out cones and put up the guardrails on the roof it was a very impressive operation. They checked where they could park their truck so it wasn’t in the way and stayed COVISafe the whole time. The part that impressed me the most was the inverter. Instead of taking the easy way out and running a cable from the ceiling along the outside of the wall they took the time and effort to put the cable inside the wall. Super impressed with the time and extra effort that took. And they even went around and picked up the little bits of wires and off-cuts from the install. Thanks Dylan and team!!

I had Solar installed by Greenlink and I cannot praise them enough.The professional quote and the chats before the installation was perfect. Honest trustworthy and very very patient with me trying to find out information before installation. I have not had any issues and the people are just so helpful...I have referred them many times and will continue to do so.

We had a 8.2kw system installed on our roof. Throughout the whole process of quoting, changing the quote, the dramas with the solar vic portals and the install process we have found the team at Greenlink to be fantastic. They placed the system on our roof without delay once we were approved and did a fast high quality install that looks great (with the black frame panels), while on the roof they also found some cracked tiles (prior to install) that they notified me about and moved on the roof to a easier place for me to get to them and sealed them to prevent any short term water damage.Throughout the whole process the communication was fantastic and we didn't even need to pay a deposit until after the system was on the roof due to solar vic dramas.My boss also had a large system on his roof and he has only the same to say about the team.I cannot recommend the family team at Greenlink enough for their work.

I've had the Greenlink install in my house for over 18 months now. No issues at all. From the first phone call they were professional and knowledgable. I wanted a bigger system and they asked me a lot of questions to make sure I wasn't overdoing it. That's a good sign. In the end they planned out a larger system for me that will take a battery when I want to install one, and they showed me exactly how it would work to generate power throughout the day.Install day went really well. The crew were fast and efficient, cleaning up after themselves and making sure everything was perfect. The twin inverters are very neatly placed on the wall and all cabling was professionally done and it looks amazing.I can't compare them to other companies as they are the only one I have used, but I can say that, 18 months on with high winds and lots of rain there have been no issues. I am still very happy with the install. When I want to install a battery, Greenlink will be my first choice.
