I am definitely one happy boy this weekend after Ryan has sorted out my new land cruiser I had just purchased that had multiple issues I was unaware of. I am from Geraldton so had taken my ute to Perth and Ryan was able to keep me updated regularly on how the progress on my ute was going. I have now received my car back and all issues were fixed and I am happy with my car. Very professional and great bunch of blokes! Great workmanship and did a brilliant job on my car, would highly recommend Reaper Performance to anyone looking at getting any 4WD repairs or performance upgrades done.

Completely stuffed my car, made short cuts and were lazy with it. I called them up when my car pooped itself and they said nothing to do with them and nothing they can do. Have had ongoing problems with the car ever since and not the quality I’d expect after spending $6k there to do the tune. Do not recommend.

*edit* curious about the comment below - I have been a repeat customer since roughly 2018 under the same name listed here.Generally the work was good however have not all been good experiences.Visited Reaper due to leaking HPD intercooler for some advice. Reaper did a throttle body delete. Work was good and reasonably priced, however would have appreciated a phonecall to let me know what they were doing.Reaper tune runs at EGTs 550 plus just sitting on the highway. Was told this is normal.Visited Reaper for intake manifold clean. Reaper was unable to remove the intake manifold due to a difficult bolt. When I took the vehicle home, there was a significant fluid leak. Returned to Reaper and this was resolved and I was charged for the pleasure. When questioning the charges I was told “Sure, take your keys and never return”. I elected to pay. On the test drive after collecting the vehicle, I had no boost, which was a vacuum line issue. Reaper did try to fix this, but the fix did not seem to hold. I later removed the intake manifold at home, completed the clean, and replaced the vacuum lines.Just seems to be a pattern. Definitely had some good quality work performed here as well - but considering the price, I would expect to receive quality work more often. Won’t be returning after last experience - particularly the customer service attitude.
