The bad service I didn’t have, I never find back my bound, cuz they did not give my bound to the fair trade. Don’t trust them. Tey still contact with the pervious owner( the cheater).

I am a landlord my house used to be managed by RMA. I received a letter two months ago saying that this agency is under the management of managers appointed by fair trading. I believe Fair trading is investigating this agency at the moment. So you can see the office is sort of closed down when you walk passed Eastwood Plaza. Surprisingly, they sold my property management to other agency. Beware of them!

Be careful your privacy if you buy house from this agent, I purchased my home from this agent previously named LJ Hooker, now I surprised to see my home pic at train station APN banner everyday! without owner's consent or approve if the owner happy to let this happen, no ethic at all. Do not recommend use them if professional don't have ethics.

Start with hesitation when looking at these reviews, however it was highly recommended by my friend. I was thinking of giving it a try as usually nothing will happen during Christmas time anyway. It ended up with a surprise, and I am so impressed by this professional team, in particular their Network. Highly recommended for the Eastwood local landlord.

Beware landlords! Do not trust this agent! This agent managed my investment property and have stolen my rent money which was meant for council rates, to cover up they have created fake transaction number. I have only discovered that only when there was $559 owing on my rates this financial year and council have confirmed that 2 payments for period 2017-2018 financial year was missed. Scott Chan..u scum! u should be in jail! Glad that Fair Trading suspended your license. So other landlords please stay away from them!!!!
