Not professional, a psychologist broke confidentiality with me and told a doctor everything that I had confided in her during a session and allowed confidential information to fall into the hands of an abusive parent and therefore endangered my safety.

The psychs that work there do good work. Can completely recommend them. Don't bother making phone calls. The receptionist will ignore the phone and let it ring. I know this because I watched her do this to my phone call from the entry room of the Clinic.

I highly don't recommend. Their Single Expert Witness put down in his statement the claims of the paying side as extremely favourable without seeing any evidence to these claims. He also twisted my words in his report to make a completely different meaning. Now a young person is denied help he needs to manage at school and in life, all based on two 20 to 30 minute meetings. I believe the ethics of psychological practice were broken in many ways.

Not professional. As a Single Expert Witness, the psychologist had his own policy of not reading the court document prior and no house visit. He lacked understanding for the carers of Autism and their anxiety, depression and compromised cognitive functioning. He injured me greatly by accusing me of lying when I explained that I read the sms messages after the fact. He lacked understanding that his prior generations did not grow up with mobile phones and may use the device differently to him and made a very rash judgement.
