Exceptional service from the Gold Coast Isuzu Ute team, particularly Alex who made the process of ordering a new D-MAX an enjoyable one. Alex went above and beyond to get me the ute within the time frame specified, for a great price. I can't recommend him more highly! Absolutely stoked with the new rig.

Disappointed with the service when buying our MU-X. Our salesman would not return calls, & when we picked the vehicle another salesman apologized, told us to ring him, & then he didn't return my call. I know it's a seller's market & the dealerships don't have to do anything to sell their cars, but eventually the tide will turn.

Service manager Dean needs a few lessons in customer service and phone etiquette. Very rude and abrupt. I will push my car to the next place before I ever go back there!

Gold Coast Iszuzu is hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. If having your house broken into, 8 week old Ute stolen along with 12k worth of tools wasn’t bad enough. You then have to deal with, unhelpful, rude , arrogant & unempathetic staff they employ.My 1st phone call started with the service guy complaining to me “how he hates insurance claims as they take along time to get paid”. Throw in lack of communication, false promises of call backs, one word answers & even being told to chase the part myself as their version of how you treat your customers.I know one thing, I will NEVER deal with them again if I can avoid it. I will get my brand new Ute serviced else where if I can. My advice to anyone who reads these reviews, avoid them at all costs.

DREADFULSo called ‘customer service’.Take it or leave it attitude - they definitely need to address sales staff training.You’d like to think when your spending $70K plus that you would feel satisfied not as if they’re doing you a favour by selling a vehicle to you….

The sales people are fantastic, knowledgeable and super friendly. Shame the wait is a little long but it is a sign of the challenging times we find ourselves in. Can't wait to get the call that our new car has arrived!
