Incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate with.Reg has been servicing our machine and grinder for years and is honest and reliable in his work. We needed seals and a display panel replaced and he was speedy with his diagnosis, reply, and work. He has an eye for detail that is rare in equipment servicing. 13 years in the coffee industry, and he is one of the few I would trust with my machines. Absolute legend of a guy!

Reg is the go to man for both commercial and domestic coffee machine repairs. He has fixed 3 to 4 different machines for me over the last 5 years. Highly recommended and trusted. One Breville machine was that old but was salvaged and now back making great coffee ☕️ again. I have recommended him to many Cafe owner friends with great success.. Love your work Reg.

I do not recommend anyone using this guy. He will rip you off and insult you. We paid him $200 in good faith to fix our coffee grinder. But when we went to use it for the first time, the grind settlings were too coarse to make a coffee, so we reduced the settings to a finer grind and the grinder jammed straight away. He was difficult to contact and took months to get back to us when we rang to make a complaint. When he did get in touch, he said there was a bigger issue than he initially thought. We asked for our money back as the machine didn’t work when he said he repaired it for us. He refused. He was rude and blamed us and the brand of the machine.
