Marlborough township is under a k off the main hwy but please don't miss out on a great coffee and hamburger. This shop is a hidden gem containing convenience items ranging from snacks, takeaway, essential supplies and hardware. It's one of those stores where you are welcomed immediately and introduced. A true country convenience store and a peaceful place to take a break. As an ADV rider, it appeals to me for the ample parking, places to sit and a great place to stock up. There's even a pool a couple of doors down!I just finished a hamburger and so glad I didn't get any more as they are super-sized, filling and I will certainly be back.N8ce work Grandma!

Deliscious food, home made burgers, friendly staff, it’s a nice spot to stop on the way between Mackay and Rockhampton/Gladstone. Highly recommended!

We randomly stopped there on our way back south. One of the best decisions of our life.I wish Grandma & her husband to remain healthy & sharp - they look amazingly sharp & young looking for their age.It's been a while since the last time I saw someone in a dining shop doing arimethic calculations using pen & paper, and I loved it (as a scientist myself!).

It was only 2 minutes from the freeway and so worth going there, best burgers we have had in such a long time and they have beetroot on the burger. Definitely value for money. Very friendly people too, thank you so much for a delicious lunch.

A real cute shop with a decent fast food menu in the middle of no where. Toilets can be found 100 m apart in the public park- clean and even a pool can be used to chill out. Great way to pause your road trip for a moment.

It's a short detour from the main road, but a well placed coffee stop when driving past on the way from Mackay to Rockhampton.Small convenience store that has a bit of everything, including hot meals and coffee. Did not eat, but the coffee was actually not too bad.

Grandma's groceries and food is a family owned and operated store and cafe in Marlborough. Don't stop at the servos where food costs a fortune and poor quality. Drive an extra 1km into Marlborough and enjoy a huge steak works for $13 or a thickshake with real ice cream and mil for $6. Just delicious and you support a true family small business.
