OSS World Wide Movers - Brisbane

I would like to compliment the OSS team of guys who came to off-load our containers for making the experience a very pleasant one. They were really friendly and could not do enough to assist. The fact it only took the 3 guys to unload and unpack, compared to a much bigger team we had when we moved. We were very impressed. The manner in which they brought the items into the house, was with extreme care so as not to potentially damage the item, or our home. I would, without hesitation recommend OSS as our movers of choice in Australia, based on the experience we had.

Awful company to deal with, sales person was courteous and promise a lot in the beginning. Before the move we got mixed information from different people from their office, not only that, 3 days before our move day (moving overseas), they never contacted us to organize paperwork to fill before the move (which is essential, no paperwork filed before we won't be able to move), even though they said that was part of the service. I have to f/u with them to get our paperwork sent to us and it was such a stressful and anxious experience. The sales person who promised to come and help with paperwork said due to covid he won't be able to help but he is going everywhere to see new customers to give them quote and all that. The only good people are the two Kiwi packers who are helpful and courteous and most of the people at the office are not helpful and almost cause us not be able to move on the date booked, and they never apologise.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with OSS. The best thing was that they kept me informed, very important. When I phoned they were always pleasant. The delivery guys were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. THEN my delivery was earlier than expected. Fantastic.

If you're looking to move I highly recommend Misha from OSS. Misha came to our house and gave us a quote on the day. She was professional, genuine and went above and beyond to suit or needs. You know from your first conversation with Misha she has a wealth of industry experience. Moving is a stressful situation but with Misha we have great peace of mind as Misha over sees the entire move, start to finish. Paperwork was delivered on the dates Misha advised and she personally contacted us to ensure all paperwork was satisfactory and done to completion. Its hard to find people these days with integrity, so if you're looking to move and want to deal with a company that has integrity, professional and industry experience I highly recommend giving OSS a call and ask for Misha.

Goods were moved from London to Brisbane and were delivered within the agreed timeframe. Goods were largely un-damaged, a few minor breakages possibly due to boxes collapsing in on themselves in transit. Professional and responsive firm - I would use them again.

We moved from Brisbane to Toronto. Do yourself a favour and don’t use OSS. After 8 months, not only have we not received our items but have never received a status update. The average time they take to respond to any email is about 2 weeks. We got 3 quotes and went with OSS who were priced in the middle. We choose them due to their online reviews which I now think are made up. I only leave positive reviews but I think this is informational for those making important decisions.

I usually don’t write reviews even if I’m not very satisfied with a product or service but decided to write a review here, hope save someone from the problems I had with this company. I sent some of my furniture with a freight from Brisbane to UK, on February this year and I just received them last week, it took 6 months. At first, they told me because of covid and … the maximum time it takes is four months and based on that information I accepted the risk and sent my stuffs. A month later when I moved to UK, they send me an email and charged me 350 AUD more, making excuse of petrol price and other stuffs (they included all these terms in their contract so there is no way to disagree with their condition). I accepted that. Then the consignment arrived to UK and it took almost two months for them to deliver my stuff from north of UK to my place. At the end, it was a missing item and as I didn’t pay more for the insurance, they just ignore me. It was the worst service and experience I’ve ever had and decided to share my experience to save someone else from my horrible experience.

I have received my furniture and packages from New Zealand in good condition.A special thanks to the delivery crew who were quick and efficient.I have no hesitation in recommending your company to others.Emmau.

The OSS team did an outstanding job with our removal. It was all done in one day, and the guys were incredibly thorough, hard working and friendly. Given the pouring rain all day making things challenging, it is a real credit to them.I understand that team contracts to OSS and I would highly recommend Jason and his team, they were awesome.
