After a few months of shakiness, Mie Thai had returned to making great food, and doing so quickly and friendly! Enjoying eating from here once again :)

I've been a regular for 8 years and was very happy with the food and service. I always pay $2 for extra vegetables but last time they forgot and argued wirh me on the phone when i called to complain. The asian woman who served me didn't have a good attitude towards customer's. Place isn't the same since Elle left the counter.

We reached a few minutes before closing for the afternoon, and were apologetically told we must order immediately, and that not all items will be available. We ordered the most obvious: red curry, green curry and fried rice, all veggie (the fried rice had egg, but they could probably make one without, if requested). Turned out to be easily one of the best Thai food experiences we have had! Delicious, flavourful, sumptuous, fulfilling. We had not expected to find this in a small wayside town. Quantities were generous. Two curries and two plates of fried rice ('normal' serving) were more than enough to feed four of us for lunch plus to take home for at least one more, all for less than AUD 35. An equivalent meal in a similar Sydney City restaurant would have cost us at least twice this. Delighted! We promised we would go back for more, looking forward to taste the rest of the fare. They also have a 'lunch' size serving, smaller than the 'normal' one. All in all, a great food stopover on Princess Highway!

Got overcharged without noticeIngedients were different to other thai places- the sauces were not the same eitherThe vegetables were no where near freshChicken and cashew nut had no nutsIt tasted like a frozen dish heated upWould not go back there again- do not recommend.I got ripped off with taste and money.

Red Duck curry which advertised on the menu as a chief's suggestion barely had any duck, there were a couple of pieces of duck in the full plastic container of liquid. The BBQ Pork was very dry. Also it would be nice if the food containers would have anything written on them identifying which one has what meal. Anyway don't think I'll be ordering from Mie Thai anymore.

Food not too bad but portions are a little smaller than the other Thai restaurants. Prices are not too bad but could improve with quantity

The Panang curry was advertised as thick & creamy" it was more watery thin & the Pad see ew had very little flavour

Ordered tonight as my wife loves thai but have to complain.. the positives were the spring rolls and wings as they are nice !.. the massaman was delicious except for the hair's that ruined that dish !!!.. the chicken with satay was extremely dry and not enjoyable the baby octopus had so much beans it was barely recognizable... the cocnut rice wa nice thou... this is the third time ive been dissapointed so i wont be ordering from this mob again.....

Popped in at lunch time. The staff were friendly and helpful in choosing the size we wanted (lunch special or normal take away size). Service was quick and food was just delicious. It'd been a while since I'd had Thai, and this was a lovely meal to get back into it.The restaurant also has a lovely atmosphere with folding doors to open to the outside.
