Five star to Port Tyrepower First class service this morning. I had a slow leak in one of my front tyres. No spare in the boot as the tyres are flat run tyres. Within half an hour of pulling into Tyrepower, hole found, fixed, wheels all checked and I was on the road again. Thank you to wonderful staff and wonderful service.

Absolutely shocking service and ordered the wrong size tyres (i. E. Ordered 15 when should be 16) blaming me for the mistake when it is clearly written right on this job slip. (i knew exactly what size tyres i needed and told them many times before ordering. The bloke at the desk (Gordon) was extremely rude throughout the whole process and when i dropped the car off, he wouldn't let me get a whole sentence out when i tried to explain a few things in relation to my car (which will affect the alignment). Definitely never going back there.

Very happy with my experience today. My new tyres cost less than I was initially quoted. The whole job took less than an hour. I went for a walk, had a coffee and it was done.

These guys are amazing. We thought we had a flat tyre but it turned out we were just low on air. Not only did they test the tyre and wash out all the goo from our temporary repair, they also refused to charge us when they're wasn't a whole. Such legends! I will try to get my next (proper) flat tyre as close to port Macquarie as possible!

Got some tyres from here. Yokohama BluEarthGT. Jess is a good gal and entertained all my questions and changes in terms of what tyre i want. The rest of the team are also good.

Friendly staff , great price and they went to the trouble of showing me the brakes and all the wheels. No extra work needed apart from replacing worn out tyres. Great Service !Thanks.

Extremely poor service. Very rude… booked the car in for two new tyres and was told they would call when the car was ready to be picked up. Never received a call, followed up with them in the afternoon and they said the car was done and ready to be picked up. Upon arrival to get the car it had no new tyres and they said they didn’t have the size…. When previously told upon booking they had the correct tyre size

These guys were amazing. We got a puncture while on the last day of our holiday. Another tyer company told us they could not repair it because I had put the Tyre foam in it.They washed out my Tyre and repaired the puncture cheaply and we were able to make our way home. I'm so thankful for their help and they had it done in no time. Thank you.
