Rooms are fairly spacious and reasonably well heated. However temperature drops overnight and heat is not adjustable, so it gets a little cold. If you want an early night forget it. Walls between rooms are paper thin and neighbours were making noise until 11 or so. Otherwise, staff are helpful and friendly.

Budget priced hotel,rooms nice and clean and your own private bathroom and toilets,water hot, beds lovely to sleep in, and a small courtyard out the back to sit and enjoy the possums at night.

This place has serious plumbing issues. The water doesnt drain. Take a shower and you will find your room flooded with water. I had to put on my ski boot to be able use the bathroom after the shower.Other than that the room is very oridnary. Stains on the mattress, noisy fridge etc... lots of other cleaner options to go to.

Good value for the single traveller if you don't mind old bathrooms. Comfort depends on which room you get as some are better than others. Doonas are nice compared with usual cheap hotel sheets and blankets.

After having to evacuate due to bushfires the bunkhouse took me, my partner and our dog! In free of charge for 3 nights! A room with plenty of space for all 3 of us with own kitchen and bathroom, very lovely people great place to stay

VALUE FOR MONEY!!What a wonderful place to stay in Cooma.The room was surprisingly spacious and had plenty of space for all of our snowboards and luggage.The room was well heated with a gas wall heater.The shower was a good size. The bathroom was clean and water was nice and hot.I didn’t see the staff as my partner collected and dropped off the keys. However he said that they were friendly and check in was quick.There was ample parking for a not so busy weekend, however I’m not sure how much parking would be available on a busy weekend.There is nothing negative to say about this property.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. The room is great with basic important things like microwave, freezer and some stuffs. Ample space for parking. Price is good as well and friendly staff. We definitely had a great time and will surely comeback.

Always have a great stay here have been here many times for work always a great place to get home from work have a comfy bed, hot water, wifi and a warm room.Place has a great aussie country feel owners are top people and happy and easy going positive atmosphere.

Better than expected for the location/price/season. Hosts very friendly and even kept some item we left behind so we could pick up on the way back. Good place to sleep if you are heading to the slopes and want to save some money on your first night accommodation
