Found Central West has new management. Called for help with a problematic supermarket system that two companies could not rectify. Cain attended and a few hours later the system was purring and all cabinets down to correct temperature. He was knowledgeable and articulate. These guys know there stuff. Thanks.

Absolutely horrible company. WOULD NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR USE THEIR COMPANT AFTER A NEAR ON HIT AND RUN.Had a loaded truck with the company logo clearly displayed on the side try to run me into the new Cockburn bridge. I had right of way, also had my 2 children in the car, he then brake checked me and flipped me off. He then proceeded to crawl at 10kms an hour and stop traffic to antagonize the situation. Drivers name was Ben.I went to the company store and the same bloke tried to stop me entering the building to report him. I'm a 5ft woman and this man almost laid his hands on me. His manager didn't pull him up on that either!The manager took down info and assured me BEN" would be dealt with and I would receive a call from the owner of the business to tell me the result of my complaint. It's been OVER A WEEK AND NO PHONE CALLS HAVE BEEN RECIEVED.I can almost guarantee nothing was done about this dangerous man. A very horrible experience for me and my children."

Would be good to train your one of your technician to drive properly speciallly (BY558R) driver Saturday morning not to hug the right lane of tonkin hwy and drive 90kms/hr and if being tailed brake checks a loaded semi and gives a finger specially if your company is printed on the van
