Service was great. Product is good for price. I have kids so a sturdy fence around the spa was necessary.

Lazy, lazy, lazy!Travelled from Doncaster East (closest according to Maps) to Fern Tree Gully, up front - no service, staff busy talking, walked to rear looking for specific item on display - not, asked last staff member of item on display NO, in cardboard boxes up on top of display scaffolding - no further action by that employee - so left - item if found suitable, I would have bought.Used Stratco many times before...This time - disgusted!

Ordered online click and collect. Was ready when they said it would be and hte guys instore offered good advice when i collected. Inverter cover was easy to assemble and looks great. 10/10

I have been using Stratco Ferntree Gully for all our renovations over the last 10 years. Brook has been absolutely fantastic with her knowledge of the Stratco range.We purchased a garage 9 x 6 m as our first purchase and then re clad our house with colorbond sheetsWe recently revisited the shop now half the size it used to be pre Covid times, and were surprised she was not there. Any way we ordered a new garage at the beginning of February 2022. The order has been slow due to the design requiring engineering. Dropped in the. Other day to be pleasantly surprised to see Brook Davey back on the scene.Brook printed out a copy of my order and together we redesigned the garage/shed to make it easier for the engineeringI was so impressed as i know her knowledge will get my shed over the line and ready to install.I believe she would make a very good manager of the store if ever a position becomes available in the future

I had a small side fence to put in before the grandkids arrive for Christmas. I worked what was required and checked on the Stratco Website, very easy to work out the total cost of my project. On visiting Stratco Ferntree Gully I was met by Stuart who sourced all my needs and brought all thegoodsto my car. Stuart was excellent, very friendly and offered very helpful sdvice.Thanks again Stuart I will certainly be coming back again when I start my next project.

Incredibly slow to deal with. Half the problem is the customers asking a million questions and haggling. Waited 20 minutes for a click and collect on a smallish item. Will be going to bunnings next time. Prices are the same.

We had a really good customer service experience with Dohc at the Ferntree Gully store, and are very happy with the quality and specs of the finished fencing and balustrade products. We had a complex non-uniform set of assorted measurements to fit the panels into existing infrastructure at home, and they all turned out perfect. Slight delivery mishap with a box of our brackets missing but stratco managed to urgent courier them over same day when we notified them. Overall we would highly recommend!

Update: Matt the regional manager reached out to us and offered us a partial refund! He was awesome! If not for Matt. Stratco would receive a 1 rating.Could not be more annoyed with Stratco throughout the whole process!ordering was great until the day before delivery when i was told part of my order is not available any more.Driving 4.5 hours to meet onsite so shed could be placed in a safe and reasonable area.Constantly being told it would be delivered for over a week and no one turning up. as well as paying someone to be on site two of these days $600"

David at the store has helped revise the drafts multiple times as I was evolving the design of my veranda, from reviewing pictures and send, matching my measurements with their products, to advising on materials and designs. He and his team have always been agreeable and flexible, despite the long drawn process. In the process of finalising and getting the the final product stand up now. Can't wait to enjoy my upgraded backyard.
