Mo the Magician! Quality barber with a personality to match!

Mo is a very nice guy although todays experience at his shop in terms of his barbering skills were the worst I’ve ever experienced.Today is my little brothers wedding and I made it extremely clear to Mo to “not touch the top of my hair” and only fade the sides of my hair. I then pointed to where he should stop the fade to ensure he clearly understands the haircut I am after - a simple buzz cut.Mo proceeded to cut my hair with no regard to any instructions or briefing I gave him. He has cut majority of my hair off leaving me what appears to be a Mohawk. I could not be more embarrassed today as I go to my brothers wedding with the worst haircut I have ever received. Even after the constant briefing and simple instructions I gave Mo.1. I made a simple and clear brief that was not followed2. Mo told me I asked for a “shadow fade”… I have no idea what that is but after I told him about my frustration to my haircut he deflected the blame and put words in my mouth3. Mo overall is a nice guy, personally is amazing but in terms of professionally this is the worst barber experience of my life4. Mo’s shop overall is really clean, tidy and professional

Mo is a talented, professional and pleasant barber and offers highly recommended services. Mo catered for a number of us to visit and style us for a wedding, and we could not have been more pleased with the results.Mo has my highest recommendation.

You won't get a better haircut anywhere else. Mo takes great pride in his work and is a lovely guy, too! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Mo was kind enough to stay a bit late as he could see I was desperate to get a haircut with an impending birthday the next day. I didn't need to say anything. Then once in the chair we had the best of chats at the end of which truly the best cut I've had in years. He is warm, great at his job and I'd love to go back when next in Hobart.

Mo was amazing. Super nice man that did really a good hair cut and cut throat on myself, then also squeezed my father in for a tidy up. If I lived in Hobart, I would use this barber regularly.

Mo is the man, his attention to detail and quality of work have made me a repeat customer and I would recommend him to anyone. I go for his top notch skin fades but he can turn his hand to almost any style. Go for the gold standard cut and stay for the warm and friendly atmosphere he creates in his shop.
