Can’t speak highly enough of the team for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. Had issues with no lights working on the caravan. Ben from the team came to our camp site and did all the diagnostics to determine the issue. They said they would have someone out to see us at a nominated time. Ben called before arrival and was there as promised. Ben arranged with his management to have another expert in their workshop first thing the next morning and he was there to meet us. Everything is now working on the caravan and we can continue our trip around Australia. Thanks to Ben and all the team. Refreshing to receive such great service from a young and enthusiastic team. Helped me out with an urgent car repair when I was passing through town. I called them first thing and was told to bring my car straight in, they had my car fixed by 1pm and I was back on the road. We turned up with a issue and these guys sorted it immediately for us. Can’t recommend then enough.

We had an issue with our brakes over the public holidays whilst visiting South West Rocks.The team answers our call on a public holiday straight away, ordered the required parts and had us back on the road by lunch time the next day. They even squeezed in the scheduled service whilst they were at it!!Great service, honest advice and clear communication.Highly recommend for any mechanical repairs or maintenance!
