EB Games - Carousel

Lu was more interested in chatting with her friends for 30+ minutes then serving actual customers. store was nice so i won't 1 star them, but it was a horrendous wait time to get served. several other people chose to leave rather than wait for her conversation about non work related things to end (Monday 3/4/23)

Visited this store today and stood in line for over 10 minutes waiting to buy one item, I was next to be served. The line was at a literal stand-still with both cashiers serving the same customers with lengthy purchases/inquiries even though each line was about four people long. When we finally got served there was no apology or anything, he just pretended nothing had happened. Very poor customer service, I understand that there are only 2 people rostered, but one of them should be dealing with trade-ins or other lengthy purchases while the other serves people who have been waiting 10+ minutes to make quick purchases. Neither of the cashiers had any sense of urgency, they were very slow and unapologetic about it. Not impressed at all.

Great store with variety of products. Zing is populated with so many interesting products to pick and choose from. Its also a great place to source out some gifts for your younger ones in family. I 100% recommend visiting here, wont disappoint anyone.

Thanks to Damien, money well spent for Star wars franchise. Definitely loved 2 of my Lego helmet. He made sure I got what I wanted I mean NEEDED to spoil myself. I will come back again next week for more. Great customer service !! -Pam

Did a click and collect + in-store purchase, told one of the ladies there which I believe was Lu that the items are meant for Christmas gifts for my partner and he is in the parking lot waiting for me. Lu was helping me to wrap them around to make sure my partner can’t see what I’m getting for him. Thanks Lu for the help & kind customer service!

I love this EB. Always the friendliest people. The staff are easy to talk to and I can always joke around with them. If you’re looking for a good EB to shop at, this is the one.

Although the store was busy there were enough staff around to help find items or put through sales. The store has controllers, a good range of games and some gaming themed bits and pieces (mugs, soft toys etc). Best feature is the staff, they're all very helpful and upbeat.

Excellent and friendly service from these guys every time I drop by on a busy day, Rachel was very helpfull in explaining the rewards system and helping me set up.

Returned a game that I didn't like. I had attempted to explain the difficulties in returning games as EB stores are closing left, right and centre. The lady I was speaking to was ignoring me the entiretime. As she just promptly proceeded with the return without acknowledging a single word I had said. Only after I pointed it out she attempted to acknowledge me. Incredibly rude and disrespectful never had an EB staff behave that poorly. Shouldn't be working in customer service if you're not going to be attentive to the customer or at the very least attempt to try listen as they're talking. I'd understand if it was busy which it wasn't.It's a shame, because you could have savaged a sale.. You're not getting return business at this rate...
