Incredibly Responsive and Professional. I have worked with Ryan now for 2 refinances. When working through a refinance, Ryan is so responsive I feel like I am his only customer. He prides himself on providing a first class customer experience and delivers this even when solutions are not straight forward.My first experience with Ryan was after another well-known mortgage broker company simply told me it was not possible to refinance. With this current market with multiple factors added, my situation with borrowing capacity, valuation, strategy etc. (you name it) were going haywire, while Ryan was always calm and fast to act and switch between strategies to have the best outcome possible. This is an excellent quality. I must say I have always felt super important due to his instant reply to emails and even casual texts. He had honest advice about costs and what we could afford to repay.He is very quick to reply to our email questions and often follows up with a phone call clarify any further details.We weren’t the quickest at making decisions and getting our paperwork done.
