Beaurepaires for Tyres St Marys

Most reviews are years old. - extremely poor experience here, staff give uninterested answers to questions & seem like they are in a hurry to push you towards purchasing tyres and booking the fitting.Staff member got aggrevated when I asked for a clear piece on a set of tyres for my vehicle. Staff member said I had to purchase them and schedule fitting if he has to look up the price. Are you joking?? I had to ask twice before getting an answer.Only to search it up to find it $400 better close by. Save hundreds and get better service elsewhere!

Great service, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have great prices and I won’t be going anywhere else but here in the future.

Brought my pride and joy (180sx) to the lads for a full tyre change and balance. The boys sorted me out with an amazing deal for Michelin Pilot Sport 4’s. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars. Will be back again soon.

Truly grateful for the team at beaurepaires st marys. I couldn’t care less about the job they did (which was good of course) but they went above and beyond for my mother to ensure she had the most positive experience. It’s tough as she doesn’t understand much about these things and I’m at work, but the team made her comfortable, helped her understand and just treated her so humanely and compassionately. I take my own car there and always recommend this site, but this is next level phenomenal. Thank you so much for the insane customer service and great work done. As someone who also works in customer service, I can’t even begin to appreciate the level you’ve offered enough.

I want to give this store a minus 5 . I booked my hilux in for a wheel balance and then I attended the appointment after leaving work early and I was told that they do not have jacks high enough to lift a hilux. Three months or so prior they fitted four new tyres to the same hilux. Was told to take the vehicle to a 4wd specialist!

These guys are so good in looking after their customers they deserve more stars than 5.Will definitely come back and will recommend to friends and relo’s.Oct 2022: have taken 5 vehicles here in the last 12 months and have always been happy with service, esp. punctuality that I haven’t seen elsewhere.
