I tried to order online and pick up. Told order was not there yet they took money out of my bank account. Seriously staff asked for order name and told them surname and showed them order number on the phone. Still insisting no order there. I called them when I got home for refund and they told me order was in Christian name and there the entire time. No apologies or anything!Seriously cranky - I would have given no stars if possible!

Absolutely no idea why people like this place. The chips were decent, the rest was genuinely disgusting. The worst piece of fried chicken I have ever seen, nearly no edible chicken on the bones... The Burger was gross, brown horrible lettuce and some horrid mayo type sauce. Also some of the worst gravy I have ever come across, would rather eat the powdered instant gravy than the putrid stuff served here.... Won't order here again, quite literally threw my food away and went to HJ's next door.

The food is getting so expensive here now. Like a chicken roll is $10?! For what....yesterday's chicken, mayonnaise, bread roll and yesterday's stuffing....please!!

Was my first time trying RR last sunday and i honestly couldnt understand why this place isnt as busy as it should be considering kfc has terrible service and red rooster's chicken is just as good if not better. Lady at counter was extremely helpful pointing out different choices and offerings and the food came out in 3 mins like she said. Everyone in the kitchen were busy cleaning or prepping but still had smiles on their faces. Atmosphere is a bit dated but who cares, especially if youre doing drive thru or take outs anyway. The hotsauce was 10/10 and the roast and fried chicken were the bomb too. Cant wait to try their other stuff.

Waited an hour for the meal to be delivered, called twice. The first call we had a lovely girl told us she would call the person who was to deliver it. When we called again, the guy that answered told us that it was thrown away because no one collected it. Dad had to drive up there and get it after getting told to. One star is way to generous.

I had their spicy burger box for a deal. Some of it was good but the burger was disgusting and to make it worse I've gotten a tummy bug and have been throwing up on and off for hours. Hopefully its not related to the food but I cant stop dry heaving and throwing up chunks of it.
