AMILY Drum Lessons

Amy is patient and easily able to work with both myself and my son. She has excellent percussion skills herself and is able to pass on this knowledge during our lessons, Amy also sets up revision online to help us practice at home. Amy is punctual and a very effective communicator. I’m so happy to be working with Amy towards my bucket list moment!

I luckily found Amy while doing an internet search for my 11 year old son who had shown an interest in learning to play the drums.I had concerns as he suffers from dyslexia, working memory & concentration issues from a head injury when he was 3 & has tried many new things which he never sticks at or settles into.From the first email Amy put me at ease & recommended we started with a 30 min lesson to see how he went & we have not looked back.Amy is amazing with my son holds his attention, keeping the lessons interesting & fun, we have already been able to increase to 45 min lessons & not only is he learning to play the drums his confidence levels are improving all round as he has finally found something he enjoys & with Amy’s praise & encouragement he feels good about himself.I could not be happier with Amy & if learning the drums is something you’ve been considering I can not recommend her highly enough she is awesome.
