Kallangur Motel

Management are unhappy disrespectful people! They Cancelled my booking 45 minutes prior to me checking in I got an email to say its been cancelled so I called the motel within 4 minutes of reseiveing the email to be rudely told my room has already been filled and there's nothing they can do. 0/10

The room was very clean the smell of fresh linen is always a winner for me. The office staff were very helpful and went out of there way to accommodate my family and I over a 4 night stay. I would highly recommend staying here as the rooms, staff and service were absolutely excellent.

Spoke to the cleaner (MANGER)this morning asking for a booking and I was obused I once lived in Kallangur as was asked for a $500 dollar bond,due to me recking the room,I’ve never stayed there be for,did want me money then and hung up on me.Could believe this so rang back again and asked for the manger,once again obuse and hung up again,I had a witness and heard it and could not believe what was said.

DO NOT STAY HERE I have just left the Motel in SHOCK checked in at 2.30pm today and was woken up from a knock at the door and the manager had just helped himself into the room that I had payed for without me answering or letting him in.I would not recommend anyone stay here the manager thinks it’s ok to just come into the room because his word I AM THE MANAGER!!!DANGER Please be aware and keep your self and your babies safe.

Read the reviews first up..we didn't and ended up disappointed.On arrival, full payment was already deducted from our credit card. We were soon to find out why.Room was dirty with side tables caked in grime. My partner ran her nail across the table and a neat circle of grime formed on her nail. It got worse, we had an unwelcome peeping Tom (a staff member) peering intently into our room one morning. When challenged, he claimed he had the wrong room'. When raising this matter with management we were told that we were lying and then aggressively asked 'what did we plan to do about it?' The pool is empty...wi-fi didn't work either.Fridge was in a constant state of semi-defrosting and saturated everything beneath the freezer compartment each morning.Would not consider staying here again which would probably make management quite happy. They don't like the interruptions of guests coming to stay - means they might need to be friendly and accomodating. Something we felt didn't come easy to them.

Room is nice and new. Very clean. Comfy bed. Great parking outside room. Good security on doors. But the receptionist needs to go. Not pleasant at all. They had the closed sign up and when I didn't enter office she snapped at me so I pointed out the closed sign. Response was 'oh well'. No pleasantries just a grumble.Oh and there isn't any laundry facilities. If there is they are well hidden and not mentioned in the room folder. I've never stayed anywhere without a laundry. Lots of road noise and hooks around. Was convenient location for us to family so we put up with these inconveniences. Great rooms though.

Well laid out, could hire better cleaners but overall was happy with my stay

Motel very clean great location for parking larger vehicles, well lite up for your protection of your cars whilst parked overnight, close to all takeaway food outlets Woolies and walking distance for all amenities close to hotel which is directly across from car park And food is good for pub grub ate there a couple of times so overall great stop over, also have to mention the motel manager who was very helpful with location of some other locations of items I had to obtain whilst passing through overall great stay will call back through again!!

If you are from Kallangur they will charge you 500 deposit.I am from Toowoomba visiting my son who is dying in Kallangur and yet they still wanted to charge me. Tells me what sort of neighbourhood it is.Just as well they lost my business

The customer service was wonderful. The two owners went over and beyond for my partner and myself, We needed to print off a Vehicle permit and they did that for us at reception. They also allowed us to go back into our room, after leaving, because we had left something behind. They did this all before their working hours and we really appreciated that.The Room was really relaxing and clean. It was great having a TV and also having free wifi. The location was fantastic and we were right because to the local tavern. The food was fantasic at this Tavern and it saved us worrying about what we could have for dinner, we just were able to walk not even 5 minutes from our room. Overall it was a great experience :)
