Amazing food and “all day” brunch (til 3pm) is such a good touch. The best place for families but also brunch/lunch goers who want a quiet, good quality, fresh meal! The kids playground and family tables are in a seperate courtyard to the main cafe area which creates the freedom for parents to sit and relax and watch their children play without worrying their children are disrupting anyone in the main cafe. The food and coffee was such excellent quality I couldn’t recommend this place more!The only problem was the birds in the kids playground area frequently dropping and squawking. Though that is hardly the cafe’s fault and large shade umbrellas are over each table to provide cover!

Really nice. Enjoyed the brunch. Loads of plant, flowers, etc for sale they have. It's lovely to even just walk around the big shop after meal. Bought some beautiful flowers as well. Lovely staff in cafe and shop. Will definitely go back. Recommended 100%

They were very busy and the wait for coffee was at least 15 minutes. The food came first and was hot, satisfying and tasty. The staff seemed a little unsure, but I'm guessing they were just learning. The place was tidy and clean.

Terrible food portions, rushed staff and stressful atmosphere. Food came out cold and the hash browns looked like giant potato Arancini rather than the classic hashy. Coffee was decent except for the fact that they CHARGE you extra if you want it in a mug instead of a cup… they don’t tell you this when ordering though!If u want to swap an ingredient don’t! They charge you 5 dollars to take out or swap an item from your meal. Only thing enjoying about this place was the company I had with me. they also seem to hate their own pot plant company that the cafe is housed in, Waldecks, they hate when you bring it up or mention the name. How dare us

To be honest...... I had seen a few comments some time ago about the not so good experiences here, so was not expecting to much.Wow...... you must have really cleaned up your act..... firstly Maddison was so attentive to getting our order right, and although was slammed busy..... still went and checked in the kitchen that there were more desert if the Lemon Meringue Pie on display sold out.She then read the order back to us to make sure it was right before we paid.And then the food arrived and it looked fantastic and believe me it tasted fantastic.... 5* all round.Well done Maddison and Waldecks, we will be back again very soon.

The lady who is at the desk taking orders and money is racist and every time I go to this cafe she treats me like nothing, even if she is a manager she needs to learn to be kind and helpful not aggressive and racist. Shame the cafe is nice and e everyone else is great but this lady is rude and horrible

I wouldn’t recommend this cafe - the hashbrowns are not at all the same as pictured in these reviews and they taste very odd, same with the baked beans that are actually a mix of beans and chickpeas in a chutney type sauce. Everything else was ok but they did charge us $1 extra for my coffee to be served in a mug without telling us and when I asked they said it’s because the mug has an extra shot (they didn’t tell us this at all). Would be good if they were more transparent about pricing and had pictures on the menu. Only good thing was the fact that they had multiple outdoor heaters.
