Inside is boring as hell, staff need to smile more, deadpan face, for some strange reason Warrawong KFC has a better atmosphere, and the staff at Warrawong I actually more energetic.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a KFC although the food came out fast the service was awful and they need to work on customer service!!! As well as having no change for cash as I was given $2 in 5 cents for change and when asked if I could get another addition they denied then said it was possible. The bathroom was absolutely awful with over flowing toilets and in cleaned. Would not recommend!!!!!

The cleanest, friendlest, best KFC I've been to in the country.The food was great, everything was fresh, the staff were very friendly.Bathroom was spotless, as was the seating area. Very well run KFC

I hate being let down so badly when I only treat myself to KFC occasionally. I’m pretty sure I didn’t order a 6 piece wicked WINGTIPS box but that’s what I got! And so happy that KFC is now looking after my health by not putting salt on my chips! And obviously the chicken has no grease at all in it now because you don’t get all those planet killing serviettes and degreasing towel stuff in plastic. I can’t give up on KFC but do yourself a favour and give up on the Dapto store ie. not my only whinge about this branch unfortunately.

Tayai done a wonderful job in a busy time, she was calm with customers even though they are just being out right rude. I have a lot of respect for her work ethics. She deserves a raise/promotion.

Putrid! It wasn't just the bad service that took over 20 minutes for my food to be served, but those male toilets were disgusting! The trough was overfilled and clogged, light out above the toilet. Unhealthy conditions.

Too much wait time. No one was out at the counter except one girl who is trying to take the orders as well as make for the customers.1 star for the management.

Very poor service manager extremely rude 9:17pm 22 August 2021Took 40 mins for 1 order when the store is dead quite ..Suppose to be fast food !!
