Took 3 months to get the tax done, found it that I could of moved something the year before but was not told about it. Arranged to take fees from return, apparently never happened, didn't receive any emails, till I got one from bill chasers

This was our 2nd time using H & R Block, the first time was last year on the Central Coast in NSW. We were so impressed then with their service and efficiency that we thought we’d use them for our tax return this year at their Seaford branch. We weren’t disappointed. Laura was super efficient, professional and friendly. She explained each step to us as she diligently worked through the system procedures to obtain all the required information to process our tax return correctly. Will definitely be using H & R Block again for our tax return next year and can highly recommend this business.
