Cincotta Discount Chemist Campsie

I went in to return an cream which cost $55 that my doctor prescribed me if I ever need it. Turn out I no longer need after an week purchaseas I live at Fairfield and only come weekend to visit my girl friend.They have an stupid rule no refund or exchange policyWill never buy anything from this place while other chemist willing to help customer with refund consumer right

Need compound medicine emergency, called in the morning , asked, said yes, but not make all the time, waste time and money. Even if regularly visit but not good enough service. I do understand rule but depending on a patient circumstances they can do compound. Not really happy at all.

The one lady pharmacy here was so rude to me. I was asking her ( I think she is Asian I don’t know her name but she have a black skin dark eyes lid and chubby body ) that I’m looking for eyes pad I just want to explain what’s type of pad that I’m looking for but she interrupted me by using rude hand gestures to stop me from explaining and she said Number 2. I can only say I’m looking for a pad for my eyes. And I can’t get the pad that I’m looking for in section 2.

Currently, I have to look after my aged fragile mother at my house.For supplying her daily medicine from Cincotta pharmacy in Campsie.One of staff in the store, named, JUDY,I presumed she served for more than 25 years in the same store.Her customer service is filled with respect and articulates manners,It was very impressive .

I visited Cincotta pharmacy around 5:30pm today. Normally their services are good but today I found customer service girl was not that friendly.I took 2 chocolates because of catalogue special ticket hanging on front counter area. Everything matched with ticket but customer service girl told me ticket out of date.But no date on ticket. I asked to show me date on ticket. She was keep telling me full price.My question is that if promotion finished why ticket hanging on the fornt Counter area ?It's kids products, so everyone will buy with out asking price.At the end , she told me , if you want it , you need to pay full price.I told her , thanks for service.

I came to Cincotta chemist a few weeks ago the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. Maria is very knowledgeable with her products and extremely helpful at all times. Love this place

The blonde compounding pharmacist Esra compounded me a cream for my pigmentation scar on short notice, such great customer service and what a lovely pharmacist.

UPDATE (21/08/2021): I came in today. Cincotta Chemist still has a wide range of products and had nothing but positive vibes throughout the store. It isn't often I'd say I genuinely love a business, but this is one of them. Cincotta is the pinnacle of Community Pharmacy and I will continue to come here even when I relocate a few suburbs away.I completely agree with those who complimented the service provided at this pharmacy. Staff are genuine and professional - from the cash register up to the dispense section (even the younger staff are well mannered). I also love that they stock basic grocery goods and snacks. I am pretty new to the area and I must say that I'm extremely glad to have discovered my new pharmacy. I hope this pharmacy win more customers over and succeed for many years to come.

Great chemist, everytime I go there I recieve good customer service. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Since i have my GP upstairs in this place I have been shopping this store for many years. I really like this place close to my place. BUT today I really feel bad because there is one staff he was following me since I enter the store. HE LOOKS Asian black tall with long beard. I was with my baby on pramp DOES this means I look suspicious???? I CAN'T focus on products that I need if some one suspiciously follow me. I hope next time this things doesn't repeat. Otherwise I will creat big problem there because it makes me feel really bad and I'm still feeling bad. Why can't I shop with my baby? Is it a crime?
