Our family has attended this local practice for years, and everyone raves about their service. It's always advisable for 1.5 hr and the prices are very reasonable for the professional service. Location is right in town, so take a relaxing stroll before hand then chill inside.

Best massage ever! I know that is a big call but I really mean it. Helen was so amazing. I felt she intuitively knew what my body needed and I was so relaxed during and after the massage. Helen is so kind, warm and caring and I can’t recommend her highly enough. The massage room was also very inviting, safe and cosy. Thanks Helen and Bangalow Massage!

Helen is an Amazing therapist. I felt she was really intune with what my body needed within the area that required work. She worked with me in every way to best achive the results and the type of massage i was after without causing me discomfort of pain in any way. The Remedial side of massage is a skill and an art its great to have found someone like this.The office is setup nicely and the massage room is also very nice and inviting, your able to let go and feel relaxed and comfortable at all times during the treatment.Highly Recommend!!!

Ive been going to Bangalow Remedial massage over the past few years. All therapists have been really great and its a lovely clean relaxing environment. Today I was lucky enough to have a massage by Helen and it was by far the best massage I have ever had. She is really lovely and knowledgable and I left feeling better than I have in weeks.
