Absolute Self Defence
My son recently started Hapkido and is loving it. The instructor is fantastic and the purpose built studio is great. Looking forward to watching his progression over the year.

Great friendly atmosphere with a well equipped dedicated training facility. Ma’am Gaye is a very experienced hapkido instructor of adults and with a second to none ability to connect to children of all ages

We tried few other self defence classes before settling on this one for my son. Gaye has a very unique approach and blends the self defence learning and fun very well. My son is always looking forward to his weekly sessions. You get a couple of free trials and a detailed orientation that helps in making an informed decision.

Absolute Self Defence
I've been training at this club for about a year, after my son had started training at his local school. There's a great, friendly atmosphere and the dojang is well equipped with mats/shields/pads etc. If you're interested in getting some exercise and learning self defence this is a great place.

This is my children’s second year attending their hapkido classes with Ma’am Gaye and we are all very happy.It is great that kids can learn something valuable and advance together. Children learn to socialise and communicate among different age groups (which leads to important life skills) and learn to be resilient while they have a lot of fun. I see all the students loving their classes, from the very young ones to adults - all the while they are getting stronger physically and mentally. My kids are taking part in the leadership program, and it is benefiting them greatly.Gaye is always ready to listen and adjust, she is a wonderful instructor. She considers students as her own and looks after them well. Contact Gaye - you won’t regret it!

Absolute Self Defence
This class is more than a sport for kids, they can play and have lots of fun and also they learn how to train their brains to control their bodies.My kid loves it and joint the class when it has been established in our area.

OMG this is AWESOME!! Ma'am Gaye is so good humoured and kind, she and her seniors keep the kids moving and focused on building core life habits like focus, listening, perseverance, thoughtfulness and confidence. Every kid needs a Ma'am Gaye in their lives. ❤!
