A very efficient company from the administration to the plumber. The staff were most obliging and thoughtful, with the plumber being tidy as he worked and explained all that he did. Would certainly recommend Synergy. They also organised Australian Leak Detection first and proceeded from there.

Contacted Paul via messenger in regards to plumbing in a new fridge for us and received a prompt and friendly reply. Lauren organised Ben (the plumber) to come out within 48 hours and he arrived at the time as promised. Ben was friendly, professional and efficient in getting the job done and at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend Synergy Trades Group for exceptional, reliable and friendly service and will definitely use them again for any future work we may require. Paul installed five new smoke alarms today to ensure compliance. He arrived early which was great and he took the time to talk me through how they all work. The cost was way below other quotes that I received and the quality of his work and the alarms he installed are top quality. I would 100$ recommend Paul and Synergy for any electrical work that you need done, in particular installation of the new smoke alarms

Contacted the team at Synergy whilst interstate in regards to a mains water leak on a Friday afternoon, within the hour they had a technician onsite and resolving the issue. Communication was passed on as they progressed with their findings making the process stress free and the issue resolved promptly. Can't thank them enough. Cheers!
