Working with Parkside’s Exercise Physiologist Eoghan Rosser has been the best decision I have made for my recovery from a back injury. Eoghan is knowledgeable, empathetic and provides individualised exercises and guidance.Since starting my exercise physiology program, I am stronger, my pain is decreasing and I am enjoying exercise more than I have in a Iong time.Thank you Eoghan!

The Parkside team are awesome. Fantastic care and a genuine desire to help you get back on track. As much as I hate being injured, it's always a good experience when I'm there.

Parkside have helped my family and myself with multiple sports related injuries over the years, from gymnastics to running. I have done Matt’s run strength program too, another excellent option that helps prevent injury.

I saw Matt McEwan for the first time at Parkside Sports Physio about 13 years ago now, and have had his help with treating and managing many a niggle and injury since. During that time I have always found him to be professional and someone that I can trust with my care. I cannot recommend him and the Parkside team highly enough, they’re awesome!!

A love for long distance running has resulted in me calling on the team at Parkside Sports Physio to treat a number of injuries.I have complete trust in them in the diagnosis and management of injuries. Their knowledge and expertise has saved me from unnecessary investigations and surgery and the strengthening exercises learned in their gym have enabled me to return from injury stronger so the injuries don’t recur. They have an understanding of the importance of exercise to their clients and options are always given to keep you training and moving.
