Picked up our brand new Atto 3 but we were not impressed with how dirty it was. You would think that they would have done a better job of detailing it seeing that it is an over $50,000 vehicle. Other than that we are very impressed with the quality and are really enjoying the Atto3.

Got invoiced and paid for my car a month ago. Apparently it’s now no longer here and still on a ship with an indeterminate delivery date. Hard to know what to believe with these guys.

This review is for BYD West Perth (NOT for the car itself).a. Email correspondence was very poor, either the staff was very slow in responding OR did not respond at all. Hence, the best way to contact them is via phone.b. Picked up a new Atto 3 last week, but the car was dirty/dusty especially area under the bonnet and area inside the charging port. Windows seemed to be washed but not dried properly.c. I asked the staff to disable the pedestrian alert" sound (as it was annoying)

Terrible service, went to the show room to have a test drive the car, sales person was lazy and not even talk to me properly. Then asked me to do a booking to do a test drive.. Glad with other feedbacks as well I found in the internet...If sale's experience this terrible imagine the service experience...

Very happy with our new Atto 3. Certainly 5 stars for the vehicle but probably 3 for byd West Perth. The car had apparently been detailed before collection, maybe but to a very poor standard. Dirty foot prints in the driver's side and dirty scuffs on the door sill. We started the journey home with our brand new and first ev very excitedly to find it wouldn't go more than 32kph! Turns out it was still in transport" mode. Ten minutes on the phone and all sorted. Certainly not all that bad for a new manufacturer to beautiful Australia."
