Sydney City MG

I have a big problem with my car which I bought brand-new from MG Sydney last year . I believe the car was damaged while being serviced at Sydney MG . I've left several messages with the reception phone calls & emails since picking the car up sent and I'm being completely ignored.All I'm being told is the manager is off sick with Covid and that seems to be enough of a reason for no one to contact me ???The customer service is appalling and completely unprofessional.Just spoke to the manager at MG Ryde in Sydney he was unbelievably helpful but said he can't help me as the head office are the people you are unfortunately dealing with !!!

Brian Ghantous helped me with the purchase my of MG HS Essence Anfield.Top of the range, the car caught my eye from the start - Pearl Black with red leather trim interior and all the latest tech. He was great at explaining all the features and very patient in the test drive.When we came to pick up the vehicle he went to great lengths to set up and demonstrate to my wife and self how things operated and the very comprehensive set up options, display system for navigation and phone.I appreciate his help in making the purchase a very good experience..... and the car is great!I could not work out a couple of the buttons as I had not used Android connect before, until I called him. Thanks.

I had such an amazing buying experience at MG Sydney City that we came back and bought another one. I am extremely happy with my experience with Sydney City MG. Brian is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great car that fit right in our price range! Brian was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. Even when delivering the car, Brian sat with us and explained all the controls and functions of the car very patiently. Great experience with Sydney City MG and in particular we would like to thank Tina Wang for her excellent customer service. Tina certainly knows the product, was never pushy, kept us up to date on the delivery date, and was thorough in taking us through the paperwork. We are very happy with our ZST and find it very good value for zooming around town.
