I waited some weeks before to write this review as I did not want to write it out of my frustation but it appears impossible when every day I have to see how my hair was destroyed in this place, I went for a little trim and I ended up with a hair wich cannot be style as is so awfully cut, I have to use bandanas every day, no even gel can keep my hair on its place, I have long and short pieces at the top and front of my head making hopeless to have my hair on place. So if you want to experience what I am doing go there. In case I have photos before and after, just in case.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I have had my hair messed up by hairdressers before but I was never mistreated by any of them. I also never got out of my way to leave them a bad review, I just moved on. This time however it was next level, so here is my story. Chloe had done my hair before (she went above and beyond to fix it and get it right and she was lovely) and she had told me next time I wanted to tone it again like she had done it would cost me about $60. So I rang to book an appointment to do a toner with her. She wasn't available on the dates I requested but she suggested that Jodie could do it for me. Chloe had left notes and Jodie just had to follow it. So Jodie confirmed with me what Chloe had written and if that's what I wanted and I said yes. She gave me some colour codes which I said I had no idea what that was but I just didn't want the brassiness in my blond and the orangy looking brown at the top. She then proceeded to do my hair and we chatted about what I intended to do to get my hair where I wanted it to be (a mix of dark foils and blond foils would be necessary), and I mentioned I couldn't do it now because I couldn't afford it (full time law student paying for it upfront, money is a bit tight) so it was best to just stick to toning it for now. She then went away and got her manager to come and tell me it was going to cost me $120 and they'd do it for $100 if I didn't get a blow-dry because what they had done was actually coloured my hair. Her manager was actually nice in the way she tried to put that and said she would speak to Chloe because she shouldn't have quoted me $60 for that. I told them I came in to do a toner not to get my hair coloured, I never asked for that. Jodie then proceeded to wash my hair without speaking to me, brought me back to the seat and asked if I was going to get the blow dry, and I said no. She then said she had done the colour consultation, coloured my hair, and done her job and if i couldn't afford to pay for it i shouldn't come in because they don't work for free they work for a profit. Now, not for a minute had I said I wasn't going to pay, not for a minute had I even complain. I clearly wasn't happy, but the only thing I said is that the mistake wasn't mine, I had booked to get a toner done. She then walked away saying she wasn't there to work for free and if i couldn't afford it i shouldn't come in to get my hair done. She didn't check the colour in my hair, she didn't even dry one bit of my hair to see if the colour was ok. I went home with my hair dripping wet. When I got home I had a straight line dividing the 2 colours she used on my hair, and paint marks on my cheek, forehead and neck (apart from taking away half of my makeup too). She also overtoned the length of my hair which is now grey. I paid the $100 for this shitshow quietly and I did not receive one single thanks or I'm sorry for the confusion. Zero ethics, zero professionalism, zero respect, zero customer service and to wrap it all up, zero talent.
