Beach Front Towers

Shared a delightful 3 nights at this property. Perfect in every way.Clean, renovated, well equipped and easy access to everything. Certainly recommend. Reception lady was welcoming and eager to assist in any way.

Where do I start.... we booked 2 rooms for two couples for the weekend. On arrival we were told the second key was missing and that they had to drive down the club to get it...we then parked in the underground park, good luck parking if spots are full..smallest, tightest carport in history. On getting to our unit, the floors were dirty under foot, the air ventilation had so much dust over it, it was moving in the wind. There was one cake of soap and a single spare toilet roll(for 4 people). There was a liquid stain on two walls in our bedroom... who knows what it was. When I brought it up with the management we were told quote I know it's there

If you're after a great location with nice beach views and spacious service apartments then this place is great.Stayed over the weekend fri - sunLate check in was possibleThere's under ground car parking available (be mindful of tight squeeze) off street parking ample.Comfy beds, nicely renovated apartment we got.Nice furnishings.Would recommend some extra amenities like a hand towel and tissue boxes but other that that had everything you needed.There were even board games and puzzles in our apartment

The unit (no9) we stayed in is fantastic- beautifully renovated with new kitchen, flooring, bathroom & bedrooms all to a high standard. Our children appreciated the large wall mounted TV & enjoyed many naughts & crosses games. The only thing I'd suggest is a dryer, but overall a very positive stay!Edit: The washer is a dry too - fantastic!

Uncomfortable lounge and beds. Noisy with neighbour kids banging on walls, Dog barking and the bin collection was right under the bedrooms early every morning, stayed a week with no change of linen or cleaning attended to, accused on leaving of stealing a set of keys which we only received 1 set in the beginning. Very unhappy with the price we paid for the week.

Simply stunning!!! We stayed in a superior room with ocean views. Could not fault this place at all. Our apartment was clean and beautifully presented. The pool is heated, so swimming all year round. The car park is small, but plenty of room for larger cars. Lot's of places to eat nearby. It's definitely a home away from home with everything you need. If only we could stay longer. Will definitely be back again.

Very disappointed, we asked for an ocean view and was stuck in unit 46 with a very small balcony which could not hold more than 2 people comfortably due to air-conditioning unit taking up most of the space. Had to have the air-con on most of the time as the unit was so hot which meant you could not sit out on the balcony as the air-con unit blew hot air at you. The unit was filthy, we even found the last tenant's left-over soap and wrapper on the shelf in the shower recess. Moved beds to plug in phone charger and wished we hadn't - disgusting. Washing machine and dryer hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. The car parking we had was so small that I ended up parking on the street. I appreciate that the unit was old, but there is no excuse for the uncleanliness, especially in this time of COVID-19.

The room had an amazing view and we enjoyed our time there but were over charged by $200!! When I called to explain an error had been made I was told that the confirmation email and receipt had the wrong price on it and that the correct price was well over what we had agreed to both via phone and confirmation email. To my way of thinkibng it is not okay to be managing a large accomodation venue and to make mistakes such as this! I contacted the office of fair trading and they agreed that type of behaviour was not admirable, however the accomodation refused to even refund part of the over payment. I would just urge potential guests to double check everything at this place as upon reading the reviews it seems this is not the first time something such as this has occurred.

Dirty oven and rangehood . Large yellow stain on my pillow. Floor not perfectly clean. My feet were dirty upon walking barefoot on it. Promised by email unit 23. Arrived and given unit 13. After I spent time looking at photos all for nothing. To give my room promised to me to another customer is not good business. I would rather you rang or emailed me to say that room is now unavailable because you had to satisfy someone else at my expense. I would gladly have paid more for it. But you didn't even give me a courtesy call. We found out on arrival. NOT GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONS !!! In all my years of acquiring a unit in high rises anywhere I have never NOT gotten the original unit they assigned me.

I tried to book this property via multabile booking company's online it was to hard to navigate and the forms were not accepting my details...Far to Difficult for Octogenarians to Manage.I rang the Managers Direct and got a Live, Friendly, Polite Lady i explained my dates, and requirements mainly a Secure Locked Garage section, she replied with everything i needed i booked and confirmed 4 nights over the labour day weekend, Simple and easy she was so helpful.The day before i arrived ( sunday ) i got a text explaining how & where to get the keys to our unit, on arrival all went smoothly getting into the unit, & garage, we got i believe an upgrade 11flocean front unit, spotlessly clean 2br, large lounge. Tv. everything you would need for a short or long stay...the views from the unit and Balcony were Awesome.we also had access to the rooftop BBQ, and seating area great place for evening drinks & snacks or dinner, a bit windy Who Cares..During our time there we met the manager who was super friendly and helpful, ...Dankie Mariska... for our Great unit,and all of your Advice...we also dined at the Italian in houserestaurant great atmosphere, smart service from the friendly Lady, Good choice of wines, Tasty Italian Food,We found Most things close by and with in walking distance.we luved the Peace & Serenity of this apartment complex.we often had 2 semi tame Rainbow Lorikeets perching on ourBalcony I could almost touch them when i took fotos of themunusual and no trees in sight.We will return to this Friendly, professional, Helpful, well runEstablishment,it was a Pleasure to deal with a No Nonsense, Old Fashioned, Courteous Attitude Manager.
