I’ve been going here for years and cannot fault the staff and the service.However, this week I had an interaction with Bill the pharmacist and he was so lovely I thought he deserved a stellar review.He was kind, clear, patient and respectful. He has nailed that hushed tone of voice that pharmacists need when talking about private health concerns. Cannot recommend more highly and I think that all customers will benefit from his compassion and professionalism.

I was new to Canberra and found the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and individual service provided by all the staff exemplary! Recent heart surgery meant lots of new medications and purchase of a blood pressure machine and Capital has it all in one place. I’m so glad to have found them and the genuine care and support their staff provide . thank you .

Have been going to this chemist since it was built. The staff there are great, friendly, talk to you about your scripts etc. Mark, Garreth and stsff do a wonderful job and they always have a smile , they also take there time with you.
