Hair Haus Salon and Barber

Male Haircut - I would not recommend this business as a male barber after receiving one of the worst haircuts of my life today. Asked for a simple short back and sides, fading into the top, however received patchy sides and a butchering to what was left, with no attempt at all to fade. Nothing like what I asked for.I felt embarrassed to say anything before immediately going to another barber in an attempt to fix.

Took my daughter for a haircut, never ever again! I had to ask the hairdresser to do it again as there were lengthy odd chunks, parts missed and was extremely longer on one side. She was extremely rough also. After that I checked again and it was even worse. They offered for another hairdresser to fix it but by then my daughter was in tears and we had both had enough. Obviously I refused to pay. This is the result and I’ll do a better job doing it myself

My daughter had her hair coloured and styled. Looks amazing. I have booked myself and my mum for next week! Looking forward to a nice blond colour

So friendly and helpful, prices were good.Not noisy, which is so much better than some of the other hairdressers at whitfords, will be going back

I went there on Tuesday to get a hair cut, wash&blow because I got a GroupOn (coupon) where I can spend $100 on any hair treatment. The lady was nice but I don’t think she can cut that well. She cut my hair short the same level, at first I quite like it because I thought it was the same level after dry but when I got back home there was still pieces of long hair that sticks out, so I curled myself because I was embarrassed to go to work with an uneven cut. Also the lady charged extra $20. I didn’t know it cost $120 to get cut, wash and blow. So I asked other salon to compare prices out of curiosity. Turns out they were saying I get ripped off for how much I was paying because it is generally $80-$100 the most I have to pay. So I’m quite disappointed with how the final look.

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS!!My friends and family literally laughed at the outcome of my hair after this appointment!I went home and cried it was so bad!They did not listen to what I wanted AT ALL. Asked for a freshen up of my current hair, not too light, a root fade and beachy look and walked out with a horrible shade of blonde and a solid strip of dark at the top! had to go to another hairdresser to fix up the next day, couldn’t stand to be seen in public like this his! Manager wouldn’t refund me. $180 down the drain plus $130 for my usual hairdresser to fix it up. Was advised by my usual hairdresser that it’s illegal for them to not refund me so will be going to consumer protection.
