My precription,(kept in pristine condition behind the bullet proof glass display window with dehumidifier) assured me that I was getting the best possible condition. Who ever came up with the idea has me spellbound.

Disappointed with the service here. Was looking around today for some gifts and while there were a lot of staff working there, not one of them even made eye contact, greeted customers or asked if assistance was needed. The girl at the registers was very nice though, which I do appreciate.

I had a great experience at Priceline!Mary, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries and made me feel valued as a customer. The store itself had a large variety of products, which made it convenient for me to find everything I needed in one place. I also appreciated how clean and tidy the store was—it made for a pleasant shopping environment. Overall, I highly recommend Priceline for their excellent customer service, wide selection, and well-maintained store.

Got a prescription from doctor to get antibiotics for my kid for 5 days treatment 175ml. Only get half the dose 100ml, and pharmacist didn’t even notice the mistake they made. Try to get the rest of the missing dose after 2 days, but was told to see the doctor to ask for another prescription. Despite that the original prescription clearly says 5 days treatment with 175ml required!

Can I just say I've never seen such polite staff at any business in my life. The front counter gentleman gave compliments and was precise on his instructions.The lovely pharmacists with green eyes was very patient and took care of my needs for 20 minutes.Never going to any other pharmacy again!

wife bought medication from this place.was charged $4 above opposition.wife asked if they do price match hey said no.when i rang them and raised the issue they said i paid for a much better known brand.NOT TRUE!!! IT IS THE SAME BRAND!!!!! I said to the pharmacist then she went silent.....only reason we went there was because the chemist across the road ran out of the same product as he is our regular supplier.beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there have been other incidents but this tops them all.

Very friendly staff. I leave all my scripts there and use their app to pre-order my scripts and simply walk in and walk out without the wait. Their app sends me notification when my script needs update or I'm running low.

Waited for about 30 minutes staff could see me waiting put my meds on a shelf and didnt say anything, they don't tell you when it's ready even though they can see you there waiting! Asked for generic they didn't give generic had to go back and change it.

Really polite staff, go out of their way in helping you with what you looking for.

Pricing is more expensive compared to other stores like chemist warehouse in Carlingford. When I called and asked why they are more expensive then other stores, guy on the phone was pretty rude and apparently they don't care about their pricing being similar as other stores. Doesn't make sense why they don't want to be competitive in price. Next time I'll just go to chemist warehouse or other stores if it is same medicine for cheaper price.Edit: looking at your reply you are saying I hung up the call while you were trying to provide solution. This is not true, I didn't hang up the phone. After the person on the phone said they can't offer better price and can't help us, we both said bye. He wasn't able to provide a resolution or any solution. You can't price match that's fine but don't need to be rude about it.You can convey the same message politely. He should work on his phone manners and customer service skills before answering the phone again.Selling someone a product for $59 when somewhere else you can get it for $41 or $49, it is just a ripoff. Trusting Priceline will sell product at a competitive price was our mistake. That will never happen again!
