My favourite massage place. Quick service and always happy to see you. Great if you need some sore muscles massaged, but being in a shopping centre, it's probably not the best if you want to relax. Never disappointed when I go here for my sore shoulders though.

CHECK CONSISTENT 1STAR REVIEWS BUYER BEWARE NOT TRAINED PROFESSIONALS NOT SURE HOW THEY CAN CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS FOR HICAPS YOU WONT GET THE TREATMENT REQUIRED on this day I paid for 1hr full body remedial massage and extra for oil only to have someone gently shake my body and rub my legs and arms without oil and session ended ten minutes early absolutely pathetic service No integrity !!! When I submitted the feedback they had little to no understanding and denied providing me a service said no record of booking your better of spending your money elsewhere ie MASSAGE INDULGENCE is far better experience and service

The best neck and shoulder massage. Suffering fatigue and lots of tightness I feel much better, thank you. My masseuse was lovely, he is very skilled at his work and the lady at the reception very polite and professional. What a wonderful experience thanks for helping me at short notice and I can't wait to return

Came here to try a new place for a nice relaxing massage. The guy that was massaging me was hurting me and he kept sniffling like he was sick. I get so many massages and feel better but after this massage my back and neck are so sore. Warning do not come here, your sleep will suffer with a sore neck! Worst massage ever, so angry go to get a massage to fix me and come out worst

Had some very good massages here - Monica was amazing but has now left, Coco and Scarlet also very good. Knowledgeable and good for digging out those knots and painful muscles

I've had remedial massage here multiple times and they always do an amazing job. Highly recommend if you need to relax after a stressful week.

Both the following experiences are good depending on your personal preference. Of the many services they provide I have experienced remedial massage till tap out and general massage sometimes to slumber. I’m happy going there because they have helped me on many occasions even on short notice.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!Had a full body massage and the lady didn't know what she was doing. It's like she couldn't feel my bones and proceed to massage" my bones even after saying it hurts. Apologised and kept going. Her "massage" style was literally scraping by body up and down. Literally up and down. And zoning off a few times!Very poor quality massage. Told reception she requires more training and how bad the massage was and she was also not helpful."

Booked for a joint couple massage as my partner is hearing impaired and relies on my assistance to communicate, given separate rooms with no attempt to resolve or find find better solution on their error. 1hr remedial massage lasted only 50 minutes. While my massage was decent, my partners was softer and less helpful then a relaxation massage.Staff were unapologetic or caring at all points. Left a review at the time and yet to hear anything from them.
