Best service I've had anywhere. They didn't treat me like an idiot and were great at explaining what they needed to do to fix my corrupted hard drive (never going to not back up again!) Easy and friendly to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone. So happy at how much better my MacBook Pro runs now- they even gave it a much needed clean :)

The hard drive needed replacing and Boston and team made sure it was done before the Easter long weekend as I really needed the computer. They even stayed back after closing hours to make sure it was done properly and ensured all the data was back on the machine. I would highly recommend this fantastic local business. Great prices and excellent service! Michael and his staff are superb. Michael ensured my macbook pro was running again and saved my hard drive. I am particularly grateful to Michael for the care he took with my laptop despite it being out of warranty for one of the parts previously replaced. He was very understanding and accommodating and fixed the issue quickly. Also, across the Covid-19 pandemic they have been excellent with their communication which I really appreciated. One of the reasons I decided to join the Apple community was the meticulous attention to detail in design, quality and performance. I feel the same way about IT Services, my go-to tech shop for anything Apple. The people are highly-competent, well-trained, personable and willing to impart knowledge and tips without hitting you with an invoice. They employ good systems, and I trust the shop and its people implicitly. Whatever the charge, I don't mind paying, as I believe in the integrity of the service(s) they offer. It's nice to be able to say that honestly about a small business, which is doing its best, and excels.

The team at IT Services were very friendly and helpful reviving my 8yo mac. They helped provide a solution to help me get back to work. Their turn around was quite fast and was back to working within a few days. They also fixed some dints, old keys and rubber stabilisers and now my mac looks great again. Many thanks.

I brought in my laptop hoping for a quick fix but unfortunately it wasn’t so. They quickly did various tests to eliminate possible causes of the issue and gave me my options. Even though it was a bad news for me, they were very patient with all of my queries. We ended up transferring the data from old laptop into refurbished Mac book they sell, which I wasn’t comfortable with to start with since I’ve never owned a Mac, but because they have installed windows, everything is pretty much as it was before. (And the man was very patient in explaining how it’ll work!) They have up graded the hard drive, so now my new laptop works much faster and literally everything is as it was! I am very grateful they made the whole process so easy for someone who doesn’t understand the world of computer too well! Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service. I walked in and within 20 sec my Mac Book Pro was getting worked on. 10min later I was on my way with a new battery at a fair price. I was expecting to leave it for a day or two. Very impressed, I'll be back if I ever need to and would thoroughly recommend.
