Called through to Radha over the phone to purchase a bouquet for delivery in the Craigieburn area. Radha gave me her number and took photos of the flower range made fresh for me to select. She organised the flowers and card right away and delivery was made within an hour of my initial request. The recipient loved the style of the flowers/roses and layout of the card. Definitely will use their service in the near future. Highly recommend.

I wish this place could be better as it is the only florist in craigieburn central, and we live right across the road. Whenever I pass by, the flowers look old. The floor looks dirty and needs a sweep. The staff are not usually available, or are hiding because when I stop to look, no one comes to say hello or help. I gave three stars because one night, there was a nice girl there and I could hear her playing salsa music which I also like so we she was nice and we chatted. Please improve this place because it could be really nice, the perfect location right at the entrance. Flowers are gifts from our creator and should be cared for and presented well :)

Customer service was terrible. I asked the lady for a red and white bouquet of flowers for a funeral. She said it's what they have over there. I thought she was walking out to help me pick some out but she kept walking over to the bakery next door. So I went elsewhere.

This florist really is the superior florist. I cannot recommend Bountiful Blooms Florist enough. They have the most beautiful arrangements for such a great price. The orders I have received so far have all been designed far beyond my expectations, and their customer service really shows how much they care.

I would like to THANK Bountiful Blooms, I wanted a great flower arrangement for my mum's 79th Birthday, And that is exactly what I got.I had a bad experience with a florist I used just recently, when my sister was very badly injured in an accident, and I had flowers sent to her in hospital down there from a different florist . Being in Canberra and not knowing any florists I googled as you do. After that I was very hesitant and worried about my mother's flowers.But I am very very impressed with Bountiful Blooms they changed my mind. Thankyou so much again.

Excellent collection of flowers and plants . Very friendly and helpful staff too. I got a beautiful bamboo plant from here last week. Marian was fantastic with her suggestions and also neatly wrapped it up for me . Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend them .

Terrible flowers received. Specifically asked for no Lillie’s full of them. Roses dying after two days. Called the shop they told me it’s my husbands fault he should have checked them. He ordered them it wasn’t just picking them off the shelf. Was picked up Boxing Day roses are already dying had no water when he picked them up and when I called today being 48hrs later apparently that’s normal in heat. Yes if you are outside not if they are in aircon. Terrible customer service apparently manager doesn’t have specific days to work. Disgraceful! Do not buy from here. This is the 3rd time this has happened.
