* Best Early Childhood Centre on the Northern Beaches!!!!I love being an educator at Little Lane Manly! We are truly appreciated and recognised for our hard work! The facilities are by far the best on the Northern beaches. Management is strong and so supportive of the team of educators & we are also so lucky to have such generous service providers. We have become a close and supportive community over the past few years. I love this place.

Great daycare on the Northern Beaches. Food menu is versatile and it always smells fresh and clean. Lots of outdoor space that is also shaded for the hot summer days. Great staff that really cares about the kids and their well being. Fantastic updates throughout the day and even at hand offs. Would definitely recommend this beautiful daycare.

Until we moved across the state our son has been attending one of the toddlers rooms. Every morning he excitedly stomped into the centre with the biggest smile and was really annoyed when we dared to pick him up. Quite frankly we didn't know that such happiness to be away from mum and dad was even possible. He loved the educators dearly and their genuine affection to children was evident in every activity and interaction. Their approach to play is creative and yet related to real world situations, i.e. how to cross a road safely, washing hands, putting dishes together, baking and cooking. When we first started as they opened, we were astound how our little man was changing - even in just the first month; he started to engage in new ways with other kids, like hugs every morning when he arrived, waving goodbye, happy dance when he ran into one of his little friends outside of kindy. His sense of acknowledging others and their feelings developed.As parent I greatly appreciated the professional yet empathic management, great food incl the witching hour take home snack (lifesaver) and their approach on sustainability.To summarise our impression of their early learning framework: Raising good, caring and kind little humans.

The kids are just a way of making money. We were there for a year and it was a revolving door of both educators and management staff. When moving between rooms in the new year happened the level of disorganisation, lack of planning and total lack of communication was astounding. No care or attention to how the changes impact the kids at all and nothing but excuses from management. To top it off they kept our bond money even though they couldn’t provide a safe and secure environment for our boy.

We had the worst experience at Little Lane. I wouldn’t recommend sending your kids there at all. There is a revolving door of staff, terrible communication, zero consistency and to top it all off, when we complained about the service, they showed no understanding or willingness to admit they’d let us down. Oh and they refused to give our bond money back in full after our terrible experience! They are all about profits over people.
