Boys were great fixing our windscreen promptly. Tesla should provide a coffee machine for customers and a nicer seated area. We were given a courtesy car so had a chance to go out while job was completed.

Car was towed here after we broke down over 5 hours away. The motor needed to be replaced and was done in 4 days. Tesla provided a hire car and everything was covered under warranty. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience (we'd just started a road trip!) was just a slight hiccup in the end! Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was great.

The guys were great, I had a severe steering issue, which they took very seriously, they installed a new steering column, gave me a loan car, and I was on my way in 4 hours with a fully charged car.Thanks Matt and Rory!

Reputation of good products feed off the inherent quality of the products themselves, as well as the after sales support team looking after customers to deal with any issues that may arise, including those caused by the customer’s own ineptitude.The staff at this service centre makes you want to buy another Tesla product because they are supportive and has a can-do approach. You know that you are in good hands.
