Peter was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. His advice was informative and professional. The spa is obvioulsy good quality and I am very happy with the purchase. The delivery team (Geoff and son) did a fantastic job. The spa had to be moved through my house to get to its final location. They were extremely careful and went to great lengths to ensure no damage to floors etc.

Peter walked us through the whole process, made purchasing spa very easy and was very accommodating. Highly recommended spa shop.

I don’t generally write reviews however I feel this one is definitely warranted. September last year I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter in purchasing a swim spa for delivery mid 2022. The buying experience was second to none and felt like more then just a number. All went went, paid the deposit and the wait in anticipation began for mid 2022 delivery.In the months that followed, certain events which were out of my control resulted in leaving me with very little choice but to cancel the swim spa order. Reluctant as I was, I contacted Peter and was met with understanding and empathy. Not only did he listen to me, he worked with me to ensure I got my full deposit back (even though we were 3 months out from delivery!). From the day I had to make the phone call to cancel to when I got the full deposit back was less then a weeks turnaround - unlike some business who leave you waiting months for any sort of refund.Thank you to Spa World North Lakes (in particular Peter) who acted very fair, ethical and professional in the dealings in all stages of this process. This has left me feeling extremely confident in this business and would not hesitate to order a swim spa through this company come the more appropriate time. Peter especially made the process completely stress free and recommend everyone to deal with Peter for all their swim spa needs! Thank you again!

We bought our Mercury Vortex spa from Nick a couple of years ago. It was the best thing my husband and I did. We have a ritual to have a spa at least three times a week. This is where we make all of our important decisions. Nick right from the get go has gone out of his way to assist us in all the questions we have thrown at him. Peter and Nick have made for such an easy experience purchasing our first spa. We were clueless, and had lots of questions. They are both so friendly and helpful, and made us feel at ease about the whole process. When you walk out of the shop you feel you have just made some new friends! (Ask Peter to do his racing commentary! )The whole Spa World team are delightful to deal with including the spa concierge, the online store and the amazing & professional delivery guys. From start to finish I found Peter at Spa World North Lakes to be great to work with. He had amazing knowledge about all the spas and was always more than happy to answer any of the many questions my husband and I had during our decision making process. I am very disappointed in the service at this spa world store, I purchased a $21,000 spa almost 4 weeks before Christmas with the promise that I would have it well before Christmas,but after I paid them, they ghosted me, I called and called to try and get an answer and nobody would help me find out where it was or when I would see it. Finally on the 20th of January( 7 weeks later) I found out where it was and went and collected myself from their warehouse. Because I wanted a Jacuzzi brand hot tub and they are sold exclusively through spa world I was stuck with them. Their customer service is good on the sales end but after the sale don't expect much, you'll be lucky if they even deliver what you paid for.

Peter was absolutely fantastic to deal with. We went in to Spa World not knowing what to get but Peter helped us with all our questions and made the whole process very easy. We placed a spa on order and paid a deposit but unfortunately we had to cancel our order. After speaking to Peter he arranged for our deposit to be refunded straight away and said he would be happy to help in the future if we chose to order one at a later date. Fantastic company and people to deal with.
