We ordered three pizzas between 4 adults and 1 child found hair in one of the slices through our second round of slice. Called the restaurant and spoke with the boss we were accused of eating half of the pizzas where 2 full pizzas were missing two slices each and one pizza missing half as we were 4 adults n one child he also accused us of putting hair in one of the pieces first offered full refund when he accused us of eating half of the pizza I got mad as I don’t like being accused he refused to refund then agreed on half refund but we haven’t received anything. He was very rude and aggressive he also sent his driver to pickup pizzas. Not sure why he needed to pick them up when they were going to the bin we weren’t going to eat them anyway as there was hair and got turned off. Think twice and 10x before orderingWe’re very regular customers we love this pizza but not after today never again all because of how the boss reacted he really needs to take a chill pill.

The quality of the pizza at Crust Austral has sharply declined over the past year or two. Unfortunately, the ingredients and base appear to taste much lower quality than expected. Positive things to say about the delivery drivers and prompt service however. Hoping they can improve back to their old ways and use quality and fresh ingredients once again.

Honesty. We have lived in Denham Court for over 1 yr and have never had one bad experience from Crust Austral. We order on a very regular basis. At least once or twice a month. Order directly through the company. They deserve the loyalty. We have never been disappointed and pizzas are delivered early and always above expectations. Generous with toppings and always so hot I have to watch my grip when i accept them from the delivery driver! Delivery driver is always happy and friendly.

The worst Crust pizza branch ever. Head office should do something about it very quickly. I'm happy to pay a little extra for the quality that Crust pizza delivers, but not this branch..... They ruined a Margherita, they overcooked it, dried up cheese, super salty, tiny pieces of basil and the bocconcini is non existent. Absolutely dreadful. The veggie deluxe was anything but..... again dried up cheese with overcooked dough (it seems to be this store's speciality) paper thin veggies and hardly any aioli. What a shocking experience!!!! FIRST AND LAST VISIT.... When giving some constructive criticism over the phone, the main guy taking orders was not interested, he couldn't wait to hang up.....

Never going there again !!!!!Used to love Crust Pizza, but this owner needs to got to basics : CUSTOMER SERVICE , before running a Business.I've seen how he talks to his employee in the past but today the way he spoke to me was so rude and arrogant. He doesn't even let me finish talking to explain what the problem was...So many customers review saying.. Rude & arrogant owner and i've experienced it now. Crust Franchise Pizza is definitely being ruined by this owner.

Been to a dozen Pizza joints around leppington area and can confidently rate pizza here the best so far. Wow! Taste amazing.No problems with customer service here as everyone was nice.Thanks to young man, Lachlan, who made my pizzas, you are a gem.Couldn't even get a photo of full pizza as the family dug right in.

We ordered 6 pizzas tonight for a birthday with some being undercooked, usually pretty good but the last few times we’ve ordered something has changed unfortunately and pizzas are not as good quality as they once were. Everyone agreed dominos would have been better for next time.
