In 2022 the Kaptiol Group partnered with our organisation Empowered women in trades. Working with them has been an incredible experience their commitment to diversity and inclusion is outstanding. I have had ongoing issues with the quality of build and the team at Kapitol Group ever since my building was completed. They do not care, do not respond, and clearly are happy to walk away once the initial build has been completed. Smells like a group that are happy to take your money and don't really care about their reputation that follows....WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING KAPITOL GROUP!In response to Kapitol's answers below, the only real action I have received is since this post, so it's taken that for you to actually start responding in a real way. These defects have also been open since the building was completed and settled in March, so some 8 months ago. The communications during that period was non-existent. If I were you I'd use this as a test case for how you care for others going forward, so you can hopefully improve and not want until people post negative reviews before you jump into action. My review will not change, I have had a terrible experience with Kapitol Group.

We are fortunate enough to have been a supplier to Kapitol Group since 2020. In this time, we have been blown away by their team’s professionalism, creativity, communication, and respect for our team. We look forward to collaborating on many more projects in the future.

I am a previous employee of Kapitol Group and found it a great place to work. They are committed to creating a team environment and leading positive change within the construction industry. In my time with the company I already saw improvements in work life balance for staff, employee development, diversity and environmental initiatives. I can see Kapitol Group continuing to achieve far more into the future, with an attitude of constant improvement rather than being satisfied at just meeting targets.

I've worked closely with a bunch of Kapitol Group's team since 2021 and it's always been a pleasure. They take initiative, are very responsive and make it a lot easier to do my job.
