I bought security door and surveillance equipment. Both have had issues since purchase and last time I had techs here, they said I'd been sold an inappropruate surveillance system! I asked for them to source me one that works with the door and have heard nothing for approx 5 months! Not good enough Raneye...I feel like I've.been ripped off...... And now have a non-functioning setup.

The system works fine but despite numerous attempts both by phone and in person I cannot get instructional paperwork of any kind. I am sure there must be something available for my system.
