We got our car serviced .today it was a great experience. The lady at the counter was very professional. And much better that the last time we got it done.

The servicing team were great, the most helpful advice I'd been given out of the 3 mechanics I took my navara to, to find out what was causing issues with it , happy with the outcome, and good pricing.

Just want to put a review in here for Mike Hawkins at Zupps Nissan.. Very pleasant to deal with, professional and no nonsense. Honest bloke and would happily ask for in future. Thanks mate

First off Maddison and Brian were a pleasure to deal with, sale went smoothly wasn't until we took the car that these guys dropped the ball. We've had our car for 3 months now and are STILL waiting on our 2nd set of keys, log book and manual. We were told that these would be mailed out within the week due to them being in Brisbame at head office. We've had countless emails with we will follow this up" and still nothing.If these guys were upfront about the keys

terrible service, traded my car in and bought a new one, they tried to stitch me up with a dealer facilitation fee of $700, this was because I wanted $6000 for my trade in which they agreed too, but tried to recoup the cost with above fee, very underhanded to say the least, to which, when I mentioned to the dealer principal he acknowledged, and he refunded the money!!! and to top it off the woman doing the finance for the car, at the dealership was the worst person I have ever dealt with she was rude, did not have a clue what I she was talking about, when asked a simple question how what would the repayments be and over how long her response was I am not quite sure" buyers beware!!!!!"
