From the moment I made contact with Anthony & Sandra, their service, thought, compassion, organisational skills and communication were second to none. Without their help we would not have been able to organise such a wonderful service for my late grandfather. Anthony went above and beyond to find the right location for my father’s funeral. We had very specific needs and he was always available to guide us during a very difficult time. Anthony met with my mother & I at her aged care home and showed her the greatest respect during the planning of her husband’s funeral. Both Anthony & Sandra carried out their job professionally especially on the day of the funeral with several people commenting that they got in and did their job without ever being in the way. Both of my elderly parents passed away recently in aged care, just two months apart. We lost Mum sooner than we expected. We had never spoken with a funeral director before and were pleased we found Elysian Fields Funerals. Both Anthony and Sandra were respectful, caring and empathetic throughout the entire process.
