Mel was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to putting together a gift box for a bride to be. She offered more options than anyone else I could find and got it all done and delivered on such short notice. Melissa is fantastic! Quick turnaround, and super helpful with working on designs and making the perfect item. I've bought from her twice now, and both times, she's been incredible.
