From the initial quote Cerin and his team were outstanding. They were the only installer that suggested they could go over the pool heating which I was super happy with. It meant that I could get all my panels north facing which was my preference. Price was really competitive as well.Hermanto's contact after acceptance of the quote to explain the process was invaluable and set the tone for the install.Then Wish, Ben, and Mick did an amazing job getting the system up and running. Special shout out to Wish, who was exceptional and explained everything I had questions about along the way.I couldn't recommend AEM more highly to anyone looking for a local installer that knows their stuff!

Matt from AEM was great - friendly and technically very knowledgeable and willing to engage in discussion on the fine details of the system. He obviously takes great pride in getting the best outcome, and was also the best priced out of the quotes that I got. Easy decision in the end. I'm now running off close to 100% renewable energy (Redback battery/inverter system) since it was switched on in early December, and should pay itself back in <10 years. Couldn't be happier.

AEM were super reliable, thorough and professional and came recommended by a friend who had a complex installation they managed well. I did my own research on 5 companies and ended up selecting AEM. Jason answered my many questions via email and phone as I worked out what our needs were. He then provided several quotes so I could select the one that suited our usage (5 kW). The installation team worked professionally and thoroughly, with clear communication, and we have had no issues at all. We love having solar and the app provides Consumption, Load and Production data, so we know when to use our appliances. Our electricity bills have gone way down. I have recommended AEM to two of our neighbours, who both had complex installations, and are also super happy with the result. Highly recommended.

I have had a bit of a bumpy ride with my solar installation, however, at the end of it all I can’t recommend AEM highly enough.I contacted multiple companies to get quotes for my solar installation. Some quoted all one line, and one or two came to my house and took a quick look. But Jase from AEM, came to my house and spent a few hours with me going over all my options, and in the end, I was very happy with the option we picked.Installation was arranged promptly and while they contracted out the job the installers I had were also very professional and did a great job.Unfortunately, about a month after the system was turned on half my panels stopped producing any power and the wifi connection was very patchy. At this point, Charlene stepped in and was very helpful as was Hermanto and soon enough my problems were all resolved.I now have a system that meets all my needs and I am very happy with the exceptional service I received. I will be working with them in the future when it is time for a battery.I would strongly recommend AEM to anyone.

We had our solar system installed by Advanced Energy Management.From the first contact they have been great.1 Presale they prepared a quotation based on out actual usage and a survey of our home.2 Installed the equipment in a totally professional manner, working to meet my wishes re sighting the Battery, Inverter and panels.3 Our installer and his crew were a pleasure to have on site.4 The system is working fine.5 Matthew and his team kept me informed throughout the process from order, processing rebates, scheduling install and handover.I would recommend Advanced Energy Management to anyone contemplating a solar installation.

In a nutshell: My experience with AEM has been a great one.The process of having my old gas hot water system replaced by a heat pump was hassle-free, efficient, smooth and without any dramas. During that time, i.e. from the moment I contacted them for a quote till the moment the heat pump was installed, I was impressed by their professionalism, experience, knowledge of the products and customer communications. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and approachable, in that they were patient, and more than willing to answer any questions. The whole process, from initial contact to installation took just over 2 weeks. Oh, and they gave me the best deal of the other companies I dealt with. None of those other companies showed the high standard of service AEM provided. I recommend AEM to anyone who want to have a hot water system replaced/installed. They are well ahead of the pack! Happy overall with my solar installation, AEM office staff were great to deal with on the phone, and the finished product looks great, visible conduits are neat and tidy, and don't detract from the look of the house.

I engaged AEM about 8 months ago. We had a rather a complex arrangement being 2 phase. We ended up getting a 20kw system with a byd battery.Matt was fantastic - very professional, thorough and patient. By the end of it he probably drew me up about 30 different solutions and was always willing to find me a solution that I was comfortable with.The installation process was seamless, clean and organised. I was very impressed by it all.Administration aspect was smooth - they did it all!Worthwhile investment.Highly recommend!
