Horrific customer service and unlawful Robo-Debt notices. It takes about 1-2 hours to be seen. Not that I entirely blame the staff. It is obvious to anyone who walks in the door that they are understaffed. As the entire room is filled with empty desks and yet there is over 50-100 people in line waiting to be seen. The staff ask me to use my “Centrelink App” instead of talking to them. Newsflash Centrelink, your app is awful and doesn’t work. They have even admitted that the claims lodged using the app are slower to be put through than the ones lodged in person.

Need to hire more staff, and the online system needs an update so that less people have to go through the doors. For example a text help line or better set up for online support. Occasionally I have good service but, most of the time it's a long wait and not much of anything happening and a major inconvenience for most of the stuff you go in for. Truely apporling.

Worst service ever. I waited almost 2 hours just to get an update about my claim which I have already submitted 2 weeks back. Worst thing was I couldn't get my work done bec I was fed up by that time and left empty hand. Totally disappointed.Also if it is hard for them to call or pronounce a name, why they can't do it by ticket number??? It is easy and no one get that missed. Terrible terrible.

Chris at the Maroochydore office should not be in Customer Service! His manner was so demeaning and condescending to my daughter and I. He constantly interrupted us while we were trying to explain our situation, and rolled his eyes at me. Told me they couldn't provide what we needed for my daughter to prove Citizenship...went to Kawana and got exactly what we needed, no problem. Get a new job Chris, you have no Customer service skills.

Came in stressed and left so happy and relieved. The ladies at the front counter fixed my problem while I was sitting waiting to see someone and ADMITTED IT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR PART! Busy and long wait times but their service made it worth it for me. Much better than other locations *COUGH* Point Cartwright *COUGH*

Absolute disgrace of a system. We have been trying to contact Centrelink ,multiple times over the last few weeks. The one time we weren’t hung up on by the machine, the operator told us they were sending us the details about our enquiries and that the requests we made were complete, yet we never received the email including details and the request we were told was complete never got filed.
